You have 30 days after delivery to request and mail your return item(s) back.

Returned clothes and accessories must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears.

To request a return, please email us with a receipt or proof of purchase at We will send you a return label and deduct a return shipping fee from the refunded amount.

Some items cannot be returned

All clearance items with a price ending in .98 are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Facemasks and gift cards cannot be returned.

Keep the tags on

If your item has an attached hang tag, please keep this tag on if you wish to return the item. If you return an item without the original hangtag still attached, the return will not be processed.

Please note that if the above conditions are not met, Banana Flip reserves the right to refuse return processing. Your item may be donated to a local organization or discarded.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days. First, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at We'll be happy to work with you to find a solution.
